By default you only receive e-mail notifications when you log a call. If you would like to be notified about calls logged by other users follow these instructions:
Select Accounts > My Profile from the menu.
Select the Subscriptions tab:
Check/clear the check boxes next to the products you wish to automatically subscribe/unsubscribe to:
Click Save:
