DiamondCare is a "Structured
Human Resource Supply" agreement that covers the provision of software and hardware
support through consultants, database or network administrators, programmers and
trainers. We have selected a small number of application areas and hardware/software
platforms, primarily in publishing, in which we have developed expertise that we
keep current through continual updating and training. This expertise is then made
available to you for an agreed number of days during the year. For example, during
a period of change you may need someone to look after your day and month ends for
a finite period. Or you may need someone to administer that departmental database
during its initial 'go live' period.

Help Desk Services
The DMS Help Desk provides
a single point of contact for clients, and enables them to check the progress of
their jobs. Help Desk staff are trained to assist callers with routine problems
and technical support staff are available to handle more complex problems.
Remote Management of Systems
With ADSL, ISDN, Kilostream
and other high-speed communications technology, our customers are never beyond the
reach of our helping hand. DMS staff can assist you to mange your computer systems
remotely, thus enabling us to respond swiftly to IT demands.
Data Cleansing
With our extensive involvement
in Marketing databases and our experience of converting 'legacy' systems, we have
developed the expertise, and tools, to undertake this critical aspect of data management.
Site Administration Services
For customers requiring an
IT administrator to run day-to-day operations in the medium to long term, DMS can
provide self motivated, experienced staff to undertake those tasks. Duties may range
from managing the IT budget to resolving Service Delivery issues. Part of the Site
Administrators remit will be to produce an audit of all IT systems to identify potential
problem areas and to proactively implement relevant solutions. |
