Frequently Asked Questions

1. When I attempt to login to e-MkIS I receive the message 'Access denied - Already Logged In Seek assistance from your administrator'.

 

This occurs when another user is using your account or e-MkIS was unable to log you out from your last session. To correct this issue you should run the e-MkIS sign off program. Click here for instructions.

 

 

2. When using Citrix I am unable to save a file.
